Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Where We Ship We currently ship to the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. Boxes at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Delays Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or high volume are outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping, contact us at support@honekitchen.com
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
